Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to expand market presence. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, market analysis, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to meet business goals. The role also requires ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy
- Market research, data analysis, and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Project management, team collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other business analytics applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory
