Position Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our team at the Vaikom branch. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records and reporting processes. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about accuracy and keen on ensuring error-free financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and check the accuracy of financial records, statements, and documents.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and verify transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain audit reports, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure that reports comply with internal standards and statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth audit processes.
  • Provide recommendations for improving processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct thorough checks for accuracy in various operational processes.
  • Assist in internal audits and resolve issues as identified.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in any stream.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in administration, auditing, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Freshers with a passion for accuracy checking and attention to detail are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring error-free data and reports.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates preferred.
  • Age: Between 25 to 45 years.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with high levels of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in records.

Job Details:

  • Location: Vaikom (Local candidates preferred).
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹15,000.01 per month
