Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant position at our Bengaluru office. As an Assistant, you will support various administrative and organizational tasks, including coordinating schedules, managing communications, maintaining records, and preparing reports to ensure smooth daily operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams and assist in managing and organizing meetings, projects, and key events as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle scheduling, maintaining records, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication to prepare reports, emails, and professional correspondence effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software tools, including spreadsheets, presentation platforms, and project management applications.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across teams, ensuring smooth communication and task execution.
  • Prior experience in administrative support or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving skills, and a proactive work attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
