Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce studio services (e.g., photography, recording, rental, classes, production packages).
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and online inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and lead status.

2. Sales Conversion

  • Understand customer requirements and match them with the appropriate studio service or package.
  • Present pricing, offers, and service features in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments, bookings, or sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Provide pre-booking and post-booking support to ensure smooth customer experience.

4. Coordination With Studio Team

  • Work closely with the studio manager, production team, or creative staff to confirm availability and scheduling.
  • Communicate customer requirements to the operations/production team to ensure service readiness.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Track daily calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Share insights on customer behavior, common objections, and market trends.

Performance Metrics
