Role & responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls for tour package sales, hotel bookings, and room package inquiries.
  • Explain tour packages, pricing, inclusions, and benefits clearly to potential customers.

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales persuasion.

  • Maintain detailed call logs, lead lists, and follow-up schedules.

  • Track daily conversions and ensure timely follow-ups with all potential leads.

  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

  • Prepare customized travel itineraries, holiday packages, and quotations based on client requirements.

  • Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth booking and confirmation processes.

  • Manage booking details, documentation, and customer preferences efficiently.

  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and solution-oriented approach while speaking with clients.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and assisting with pre- and post-travel requirements.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1- 3 years of experience in tourism, travel sales, tele-sales, or package sales.
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant and convincing tone.
  • Knowledge of domestic & international tour packages is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable packages.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM, mailing, basic data entry).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.
