Role Overview

We are looking for a
Junior Operations Executive
to support daily operational tasks, order processing, documentation, and coordination across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to learn the end-to-end operations workflow in a fast-paced D2C environment.

PO Dispatching & Documentation

  • Handle purchase order (PO) dispatching and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of all order-related paperwork.
  • Support in tracking PO status and coordinating dispatch timelines.

Daily Order Processing

  • Manage daily orders on Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and smooth fulfilment.
  • Assist in resolving order-related issues or discrepancies.

Inventory & Order Coordination

  • Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor stock status and highlight shortages or delays.
  • Support smooth supply chain operations and dispatch planning.

Team Management Support

  • Assist senior team members in managing daily workflow.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain internal trackers and performance sheets as required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain professional communication with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa).
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
