Are you passionate about books, storytelling, and social media?

BluOne Ink is looking for a creative and energetic
Junior Content & Media Strategist
to join our marketing team. You'll work closely with our editorial and communications teams to conceptualize, execute, and monitor campaigns that strengthen our brand presence, drive book discoverability, and connect with readers across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels, shorts, teasers) for various platforms.
  • Draft compelling copy for social media, newsletters, websites, and Amazon A+ pages.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and coordination across BluOne Ink's social channels.
  • Track trends, hashtags, and cultural moments to produce timely, creative content.
  • Support planning and optimization of digital campaigns (social ads, Amazon ads, influencer collaborations).
  • Maintain content calendars aligned with publishing timelines, festivals, and events.
  • Research authors, genres, and reader communities to generate fresh campaign ideas.
  • Assist in influencer, reviewer, and media outreach to maximize book visibility.
  • Engage with readers via comments, polls, Q&As, and other interactive formats.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English Literature, History, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years' experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for engaging, catchy copy.
  • Proficiency with Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on expertise with design/video tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar) —
    must-have
    for reels/shorts.
  • Ability to balance creativity with deadlines, multitask, and adapt to fast-paced publishing cycles.
  • A genuine passion for books, publishing, and digital storytelling.
