Job Description

Software Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of software testing and quality assurance methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Quick Test Pro (QTP)
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation test scripts to increase test coverage and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand and prioritize software requirements
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases
• Analyze software requirements and identify areas for automation
• Maintain and update automation scripts and test data
• Report software defects and work with development team to resolve issues
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies to provide updates on testing progress

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience:

• At least XX years of experience in software testing and automation
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages
• Experience in software development and database testing

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Design and develop automation test scripts
• Execute automated and manual test cases
• Collaborate with development and business teams
• Report software defects and work with development team to resolve issues
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies to provide updates on testing progress

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
