Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vendor Manager located in Chennai. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing new potential vendor profiles findings , vendor relationships, handling onboarding processes, contract negotiation and management, and ensuring effective communication with vendors. Additionally, the role will require analyzing vendor performance and market trends to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance.
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying new potential vendor kitchens across city
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or food and beverage field is preferred
  • P&L making vendor wise and analyzing the strategies to overcome.
