Job Overview

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Field Sales Executive – ERP Sales for a target-based role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue goals through active fieldwork, client acquisition, and ERP software sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ERP solutions.
  • Develop new business through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify prospective clients and conduct on-site meetings and presentations.
  • Generate and manage sales pipeline and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate deals to closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for product demos.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in ERP / Software / IT services sales (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Odoo ERP sales or other ERP platforms.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise-level selling.
