**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at UUC Hospitality, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities within the field. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in accordance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
- **Education**: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- **Gender**: Male (preferred due to field requirements).
- **Skills**: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
- **Vehicle**: Must possess a valid motorcycle license and have access to a personal bike for field sales activities.
- **Location**: Resident of Kolkata or willing to relocate to Salt Lake Sector V.
