We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high - quality UPVC windows and doors, catering to residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and manage the sales process.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Report on sales performance, customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the industry and product knowledge is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
