Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Analyst located in Hyderabad. The Process Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and improving internal business processes to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Daily tasks include identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement process improvements. The role involves gathering data, generating reports, and supporting ongoing performance monitoring and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for identifying trends, evaluating data, and solving complex problems
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management methodologies and frameworks
  • Well-versed in Business Process analysis and optimization techniques
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration abilities to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently, with attention to detail and a result-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of process modeling tools and frameworks will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in process analysis or optimization within technology or service-oriented industries is a plus
