Job Description:

• The Senior Analyst in Master Data & Process Transformation plays a crucial role in supporting the transformation and optimization of supply chain processes. This role requires a solid understanding of supply chain operations, strong analytical skills, and effective collaboration with global stakeholders. The Senior Analyst will assist in automating reporting functions, developing dashboards using Excel and Power BI, and supporting process improvements primarily focused on procurement and sourcing activities.

The Senior Analyst will contribute to procurement-related data accuracy and process standardization, leveraging category management insights under guidance.

Responsibilities:
- ### Assist in analyzing supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities. Support implementation of process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to procurement process transformations, supporting category management and sourcing teams. Help maintain accurate master data related to procurement items, suppliers, and contracts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain or related fields, with some exposure to procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Good understanding of SCM processes, especially related to procurement.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle will be a plus.
• High learning agility, accountability, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to notice and articulate data or process discrepancies.
• Willingness to learn and grow in supply chain data management and process transformation
• Technical Skills and Service Requirements
• Use Excel and relevant tools to enhance data analysis and reporting functions.
• Apply analytical techniques to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Support automation initiatives that centralize and streamline procurement-related reporting processes.
• Assist in projects related to procurement data accuracy, spend analysis, and contract compliance under senior team members' supervision.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Engage with global stakeholders to understand their reporting and data needs.
• Provide updates and insights on process improvements and reporting results to the leadership team.
• Promote clear communication and cooperation across teams worldwide.
• Collaborate with sourcing and category management teams to align on data and reporting requirements.
• Reporting and Governance
• Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to monitor key business and procurement metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of essential metrics and follow-ups.
• Support the automation and centralization of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Work under guidance to ensure governance and data quality of procurement master data.
