Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Executive to handle preventive & breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot plant machinery, support installation/commissioning, and ensure smooth mechanical operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
  • Conduct daily inspections, monitor machine performance, and record parameters.
  • Support installation, testing & commissioning of new machinery.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and raise requisitions.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, checklists & logs.
  • Ensure safety compliance and contribute to process improvement.
  • Coordinate with production, electrical, and QC teams.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting & mechanical maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of pumps, compressors, conveyors, motors, gearboxes
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance & mechanical drawings
