Maxima Boilers is looking to onboard a Mechanical Draughtman to join our design department.

**Designation**: Mechanical Draughtsman

**Job Location**: Rabale

**Qualification**: Diploma or ITI Mechanical

**Relevant Experience**: **Minimum 3 years in design or related field preferably in manufacturing industry**

We are looking for a Design draughtsman who will be responsible for executing pre and post-sale designing as per customer specifications and also help out with other related areas.

**What would you do?**
- Responsible for designing of pressure parts, boilers, thermic fluid heaters, non - IBR boilers.
- Non pressure part component design such as casing, cooling system, stiffening requirement, hopper, ducting and ducting supports etc.
- Load calculations of equipment.
- Material selections, Material Requisitions, BOQ Preparation
- Developing and checking of Layout / sectional drawing for equipment and supporting structures
- Preparation of the load data Input and basic layout for the structure design
- Preparation of engineering procedures / manuals
- Preparation of Process & Instrumentation ( P&ID ) diagram for Boiler
- Preparation of line & valve list
- Combustion calculation
- Sizing calculation of FD, SA & ID Fans & Preparation of advance procurement list same
- IBR calculation ( Tubes, headers, Pipes & Drum)
- Preparation of Boiler foundation drawing
- Preparation of Process data
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Design / Engineering domain
- Technical Experience in understanding and handling engineering related terms is essential
- Experience of general arrangement Drawing, Details drawings.
- Knowledge of software like, AutoCAD, Excel, ERP etc.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines and targets
- Comfortable making decisions independently, and taking initiative to implement necessary changes.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
