Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting sales operations, engaging with potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks may include conducting outreach to prospective customers, assisting in sales presentations, managing client follow-ups, and providing product training where necessary to ensure client success. Collaboration with wider teams on sales strategies and maintaining accurate records of sales activities will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively build rapport with clients and address inquiries.
  • Basic understanding or experience in Sales and Sales Management to assist in meeting targets and contributing to team goals.
  • Skills in Training clients and stakeholders to facilitate product knowledge and adoption.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for the education technology industry.
