Job Overview

The Sales Intern role at Pinco is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in sales within the education tech sector. This position is open for candidates in Bangalore and Nagpur, offering flexibility with options for part-time, full-time, internship, and remote work. As a Sales Intern, you'll be engaged in key sales strategies, driving the growth of Pinco's revolutionary services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in cold calling to effectively communicate Pinco's value proposition and engage potential customers. Cold calling (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to generate leads through research and outreach, contributing to the sales pipeline. Lead generation (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms to identify and engage prospects and promote Pinco's services. Social media platforms (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with email marketing techniques for engaging and converting potential leads into customers.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking sales performance metrics.
  • Strong research skills to understand market trends and identify new opportunities for Pinco's app.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-up activities in CRM tools.
  • Support the sales team in tracking and analyzing sales outcomes and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for insights and strategies to enhance sales processes.
  • Contribute to market research efforts to provide insights into competitive positioning and customer demands.
