Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated
IT Sales Intern
to join our international business team, focusing on the
UAE market
. The intern will support the sales and business development activities, handle
data cleansing and CRM management
, assist in client outreach, and contribute to lead generation and proposal preparation.
This internship offers valuable exposure to international IT sales processes, CRM tools, and client engagement strategies — with a
potential for a permanent role
based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the UAE market.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct market research on IT trends, competitors, and client needs in the GCC region.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
Data Cleansing & CRM Management:
- Collect, clean, and maintain accurate sales and client data in CRM systems.
- Remove duplicates, update outdated information, and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Generate sales performance reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
- Maintain a structured and reliable sales database for ongoing and future business use.
Client & Team Coordination:
- Support communication with international clients via email and calls.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales operations and reporting efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in
international IT sales
and business development. - Proficiency in
MS Excel
,
Google Sheets
, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of data cleaning, data management, and IT products/services.
