Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
Legal Consultant
to handle end-to-end paralegal services and legal documentation for Jaetal Construction Private Limited. The ideal candidate will manage drafting, review, and coordination of all legal and official communications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage
    legal documents
    , agreements, notices, settlement letters, and official correspondences in
    English and Hindi
    .
  • Liaise with
    banks, customers, government authorities, RERA
    , and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and assist external
    lawyers
    for all legal cases and litigation matters.
  • Manage case dates, track proceedings, and represent the company in cases when required.
  • Handle mediations
    , draft settlement terms, and support dispute resolution.
  • Meet relevant
    authorities
    to obtain approvals, permissions, and orders.
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents and case-related updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Indian legal procedures
    , RERA regulations, and real estate/commercial laws.
  • Excellent
    drafting and communication skills
    in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
