Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer in International Business at Kharadi, Pune- IIEIM. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, developing curriculum and course materials, assessing student performance, conducting research, and staying updated with the latest developments in international business. Additionally, the Lecturer will be expected to hold office hours, mentor students, and participate in academic committees and organizational activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching International Business, Business Management, and related subjects
- Strong research skills and ability to conduct independent research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver curriculum and course materials
- Proficiency in using educational technology and modern teaching methods
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor students
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in International Business, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in academic publication and conference participation is a plus
