About Us:

Carousel by Simran Arya is a New Delhi-based luxury womenswear label known for its handcrafted pieces, refined aesthetic, and loyal clientele. We create made-to-measure and ready-to-wear collections that empower women through timeless, statement fashion.

We are now opening our flagship studio and are looking for a Store Manager who has deep experience working in a luxury Indian womenswear brand and understands the nuances of customization, styling, and client relationships.

Role Overview:

We're not looking for a typical store manager from a high street retail background. This role requires someone who:

  • Understands bespoke/custom orders and is comfortable working with design teams and tailors.
  • Has worked in an Indian luxury designer brand
  • Can build strong relationships with clients, offer styling inputs, and close high-value sales.
  • Is proactive, organized, and passionate about design and detail as well as sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle studio appointments and client walk-ins with warmth and professionalism.
  • Understand and explain the brand's design language, fabrics, and custom options to clients.
  • Coordinate with the design and production team for custom orders, fittings, and deliveries.
  • Maintain store upkeep, stock, and visual merchandising in line with brand aesthetic.
  • Follow up with clients on orders, alterations, and relationship building for repeat sales.
  • Manage and train support staff to ensure smooth operations.

Who You Are:

  • You've worked in a luxury Indian womenswear brand with customization experience.
  • You understand how to manage high-end clients and communicate with sensitivity and confidence.
  • You love fashion and are fluent in the language of fabric, styling, and silhouettes.
  • You're organized, self-driven, and take ownership of the studio experience and sales.
  • Excellent spoken English and Hindi. A background in styling or fashion is a plus.
