About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst who will primarily focus on business research, data analysis, and strategic insights to support decision-making for the leadership team. In addition, the candidate will responsible for conducting business meetings ,collate agenda and follow ups till closure.
Preference would be given to candidate from Apparel /Retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis, research, and prepare insights to support strategy and decision making.

Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for management reviews.

Track key business metrics and ensure timely updates for leadership.

Collaborate with cross functional teams for data gathering and project coordination.

Support the CEO by attending meetings, preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensuring action-item follow-ups (as needed).

Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in driving high-priority business projects and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate/Post-Graduate with 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
