Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Food Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing new products, maintaining product quality, and supporting our tea-tasting and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for New Product Development (NPD), including formulation, trials, and documentation.
  • Ensure consistent quality standards for all products through regular monitoring, testing, and process improvements.
  • Assist in tea tasting sessions, helping evaluate flavor profiles, blends, and overall sensory characteristics.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth scale-up of new products.
  • Maintain proper records of product specifications, quality reports, and trial results.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and internal quality protocols.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for taste, shelf life, and product stability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
