Job Description Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Food Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing new products, maintaining product quality, and supporting our tea-tasting and evaluation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for New Product Development (NPD), including formulation, trials, and documentation. - Ensure consistent quality standards for all products through regular monitoring, testing, and process improvements. - Assist in tea tasting sessions, helping evaluate flavor profiles, blends, and overall sensory characteristics. - Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth scale-up of new products. - Maintain proper records of product specifications, quality reports, and trial results. - Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and internal quality protocols. - Support continuous improvement initiatives for taste, shelf life, and product stability.
