We are hiring for the position of Senior Analyst (Service Support Associate) for a leading US Health Insurance process.

Location: Bangalore

Shift: US Shifts

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Health Insurance domain

Qualification: Graduate (15 years of education

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch, providing end-to-end support for policy renewals
  • Understand and implement US Health Insurance regulations, standards, guidelines, and procedures
  • Manage the entire policy lifecycle, including documentation and renewal activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Handle queries effectively, minimizing rework
  • Identify risks/issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain strong time management and organizational skills while handling multiple tasks

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with onshore staff
  • Insurance domain knowledge (experience with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife preferred)
  • Proactive problem-solving ability

Eligibility

  • Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Health Insurance
  • Insurance certification – preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in service transition/onboarding – good to have
