Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Own the implementation and smooth running of analytics platforms across various sales channels

2. Be the SPOC for any concerns on the field related to the platforms or tools

3. Build & ensure strong governance mechanisms for the successful operations of analytics tools

4. Periodically check on-ground efficacy and the accuracy of the systems implemented

  1. Collaborate with sales team to connect with channel partners
  2. Acquire data from primary and secondary sources
  3. Ensure high input data quality is fed into the data warehouse for analytics
  4. Engage with the channel partners to resolve issues, gather feedback, and understand the market conditions.
  5. Market visits to understand the real-time challenges.
  6. Ensure incentives/schemes are communicated well on time and are aligned with the performance and disbursement.
  7. Visiting the distributors who is facing the integration issues – Based on BMs recommendation.
  8. Coordination and sharing the necessary MIS and preparing the PPTs for BMs and RMs – Based on their request.
