JOB INTRODUCTION:
A HeadHunter specializes in identifying and recruiting top talent for critical roles within an organization. This role involves actively sourcing candidates, assessing their skills, and building strong networks to find the best match for specific job requirements. A Head Hunter collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand the ideal candidate profile and uses strategic methods to attract high-caliber professionals. Strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to assess both hard and soft skills are essential for success in this role.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Visit the competitor and poach their employees through various mediums.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for specific job roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to offer informed guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Identify and nurture relationships with passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- Present well-matched candidates to clients, highlighting their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:
Must hold a degree or specialization in HRPrevious experience in headhunting required.Excellent communication skills.Strong interpersonal abilities.Basic knowledge of HR terminology.Hands-on experience in HR Portals.Hands on experience in ATS
