Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their property needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments in the Mohali and New Chandigarh real estate sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Mohali and New Chandigarh real estate markets is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
