Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their property needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and developments in the Mohali and New Chandigarh real estate sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the Mohali and New Chandigarh real estate markets is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
