Are you an experienced actuarial professional with a passion for delivering strategic insights through reserving and analytics? We are hiring for an Actuarial Reserving to join a global insurance consulting leader, supporting international clients in delivering excellence across actuarial advisory and reserving functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver actuarial reserving projects for global Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and reinsurance clients.
  • Perform reserve analyses, monitoring, and independent reserve reviews across multiple lines of business.
  • Support the development of methodologies, process enhancements, and automation in reserving models.
  • Peer review work from actuarial team members and provide mentorship to junior analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client engagements and support business development initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with global actuarial standards and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
  • Qualified or Nearly Qualified Actuary (IFoA or equivalent).
  • 2 years of actuarial experience in the P&C insurance domain with a focus on Reserving.
  • Strong understanding of reserving methodologies, loss triangles, and actuarial modelling tools.
  • Experience with actuarial software such as ResQ, Igloo, Tyche, or ReMetrica (preferred).
  • Exposure to Solvency II and IFRS 17 reporting frameworks (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and passion for continuous improvement.
