We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Reservation consultant with a minimum of 2 years in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing travel bookings, coordinating with clients, and providing exceptional service to ensure seamless travel experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations for flights, accommodations, tour packages, and other travel services.
  • Communicate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to confirm bookings and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive travel itineraries, booking confirmations, and required documentation to clients.
  • Address client inquiries and promptly resolve any concerns related to reservations in a professional manner.
  • Accurately input booking details into the reservation system and maintain well-organized records.
  • Keep up to date with travel industry trends, policies, and promotions to provide clients with optimal travel options.
  • Work closely with the sales team to upsell additional travel services and improve the overall client experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Reservation Consultant or in a related role within the travel industry.
  • Proficient in using reservation systems such as GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and other travel booking tools.
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with both international and domestic travel routes, destinations, and package offerings.
  • Certification in travel, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
