Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Manager, based in Noida. The Logistics Manager will oversee and coordinate the efficient storage and distribution of goods, manage supply chain processes, and maintain inventory accuracy. Key responsibilities include developing logistics strategies, optimizing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving customer service issues, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving cost-efficiency in all operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee operations and ensure optimum efficiency
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Procurement to coordinate and monitor stock levels
  • Customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience and handle any logistical issues effectively
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
