Expected Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in
Cloud Telephony, Contact Centre Solutions, Telephony Product Sales, or VoiceAI domains
. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate and propose technology solutions based on customer requirements.
- Proven ability to collaborate as a team player, working closely with software developers, solution architects, and the sales team.
- Prior experience in
Call Centre, Customer Care, Telephony Solutions Sales, or CRM platforms
will be an added advantage. - Strong presentation skills with the ability to prepare
PPT presentations, solution architecture diagrams, and supporting documentation
. - Good conceptual knowledge of the
telephony and technology domain
is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the
business and technical teams
of potential customers to understand their needs. - Manage
RFI responses
and address compliance requirements from customers. - Organize and deliver
solution demonstrations
effectively. - Gather and analyze customer requirements, articulate them to the product team, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct
competitive research
, prepare comparison matrices, and highlight the unique value proposition (USP) of
Epicode's products and solutions
. - Take ownership of the
end-to-end customer engagement
process including demos, POCs, and support until solution acceptance. - Prepare and propose a
tentative Bill of Materials (BOM)
to customers after identifying the most suitable product or solution.
