Hiring for an Executive Assistant for Hyderabad location. - Provide high -level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. - Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports. - Prepare, analyze, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and reports. - Prepare budget, expenses reports - Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. - Conduct research and compile data for reports and special projects. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives. - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing, and maintaining office equipment. Requirements - Master's Degree in with Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and reports. - Exposure to the finance department and understanding of financial principles. - Strong organizational and time -management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of discretion and professionalism. - Proactive problem -solving abilities and attention to detail. - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. - Preferably male candidate from Hitech city location.
