we are looking for an experienced OT assistant who can prepares and maintains operating rooms and equipment,

  • Preparation and Maintenance:
  • Preparing the operating room for surgery by setting up equipment, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment.
  • Maintaining and organizing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensuring the availability of necessary medical and diagnostic supplies.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
  • Maintaining records of surgical procedures, equipment used, and any complications.
  • Assisting During Surgery:
  • Assisting surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and ensuring a clear surgical field.
  • Anticipating the needs of the surgical team and providing prompt assistance.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels.
  • Assisting with patient positioning and transferring.
  • Post-Operative Care:
  • Assisting with cleaning and re-sterilizing instruments after surgery.
  • Preparing the operating room for the next procedure.
  • Assisting in the PACU with patient recovery.
  • Other Duties:
  • Ensuring proper biomedical waste disposal.
  • Following infection control protocols.
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
  • Transporting patients to and from the operating room.
  • Ensuring that all emergency drugs and equipment are stocked and ready

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month
