Ot Assistant

we are looking for an experienced OT assistant who can prepares and maintains operating rooms and equipment,
- **Preparation and Maintenance**:

- Preparing the operating room for surgery by setting up equipment, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring a clean and sterile environment.
- Maintaining and organizing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary medical and diagnostic supplies.
- Cleaning and disinfecting the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
- Maintaining records of surgical procedures, equipment used, and any complications.
- **Assisting During Surgery**:

- Assisting surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and ensuring a clear surgical field.
- Anticipating the needs of the surgical team and providing prompt assistance.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels.
- Assisting with patient positioning and transferring.
- **Post-Operative Care**:

- Assisting with cleaning and re-sterilizing instruments after surgery.
- Preparing the operating room for the next procedure.
- Assisting in the PACU with patient recovery.
- **Other Duties**:

- Ensuring proper biomedical waste disposal.
- Following infection control protocols.
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
- Transporting patients to and from the operating room.
- Ensuring that all emergency drugs and equipment are stocked and ready

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
