Job Description – Telecaller (Personal Loan Lead Process)Role Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers for our Personal Loan Lead Process. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining personal loan products, verifying basic details, and generating qualified leads for disbursal.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
  • Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and benefits clearly to customers.
  • Collect and verify customer details (KYC, income, employment, etc.) as per process.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure lead conversion and smooth process flow.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Draft and respond to basic customer emails related to loan queries and documentation.
  • Coordinate with team leaders and sales managers for application processing.
  • Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / personal loan process is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of using computers and emails.
  • Confident, convincing, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
