Role Overview:

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and drive walk-ins for our centers and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote centers, courses, and services to generate walk-ins

* Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally

* Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Use CRM and other tools to track leads and follow-ups

* Support marketing campaigns and research visitor visa processes
