Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in software testing and QA.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation scripting using Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of AI or machine learning testing tools or concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in performance testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in API testing and automation.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, etc.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience handling US clients preferred.
  • Strong analytical and collaborative mindset.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify and resolve issues.
  • Analyze test results, document defects, and work with development teams for resolutions.
  • Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, etc.
  • Explore and implement AI-assisted testing tools and methodologies to improve test efficiency and coverage.
  • Participate in continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Conduct API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Joining preference: Immediate (In 10-20 days)

Education: Any UG/PG Degree

Location: Chennai / Adyar. Work from home.

Interview Process (Rounds in Detail): Technical round 1, Technical round 2, Final Technical/Manager round (Subject to change/Will be handled by client), HR round

  • Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Keep updated with emerging trends in software testing, including AI applications in testing.

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
