Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager for our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid) manufacturing unit located in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing LABSA production operations, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance, and leading a team to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the LABSA manufacturing plant.
• Manage production planning & plant performance
• Supervise plant personnel, ensuring productivity, discipline, and safety compliance.
• Conduct and oversee LABSA quality testing to maintain product standards.
• Monitor raw material usage, production costs, and coordinate with accounts for expense control.
• Maintain plant equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Liasoning with local authorities if needed
• Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare production reports
• Accounting knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in LABSA manufacturing (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing teams in a plant environment.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, cost control, and production reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
