Job Title: Production Line Leader (Charger Assy. & Bluetooth Neckband / TWS Assy.)
*Job Description:*
We are looking for a Production Line Leader with hands-on experience in Charger Assembly and Bluetooth Neckband / TWS Assembly lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily line operations, ensuring target achievement, maintaining quality standards, and leading the team for smooth production flow.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise and manage Charger, Bluetooth Neckband/TWS assembly lines.
* Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production schedules.
* Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Monitor line balancing, process flow, and reduce downtime or rejections.
* Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Stores to ensure uninterrupted line operation.
* Check line setup, machine readiness, and material availability before start of shift.
* Implement and follow SOPs, WI, ESD, and 5S practices.
* Maintain daily production reports and escalate major issues to Production Supervisor / Manager.
* Support process improvements, defect reduction, and productivity enhancement activities.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Minimum ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Good understanding of assembly process for Charger, Bluetooth Neckband/TWS, and Cry Sound Machine.
* Knowledge of basic testing, quality checkpoints, and line troubleshooting.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
