We are seeking a project-based HR Recruitment Specialist for a short-term engagement to help build a team of expert consultants who will play a key role in shaping the foundation of our next phase of growth. These consultants will collaborate with leadership to develop and improve key areas such as operating models, market presence, leadership strategy, and organizational design. As the Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a central role in identifying and bringing the right talent on board to drive this transformation.
You will work directly with the CEO to understand evolving company needs and lead the recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the CEO to define consultant roles in Business Strategy, Operations, Market Development, and Organizational GrowthDevelop and execute a tailored recruitment plan for short-term consultants
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates aligned with relevant experience and our mission
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and manage all candidate communications
Assist with contracts, on-boarding, and basic HR operations for consultants
Establish a simple and effective recruitment pipeline and documentation systemRequirementsProven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in startup, consultancy, or project-based environments
Strong ability to assess diverse professional profiles (strategy, operations, leadership, marketing, etc.)Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
Comfortable working independently in a lean, founder-led organization
Familiarity with contract/freelance hiring models is a strong plus
