Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:
As a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients across various industries. This includes strategizing and executing talent acquisition plans to meet client requirements with quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters to ensure seamless delivery of hiring projects.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Consultancy recruitment (staffing/recruitment agency environment).
- Proven experience in handling delivery and recruitment independently.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
