We are seeking an innovative AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI guardrails, cloud-based deployments, and agentic frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions with a strong focus on security, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • LLM Development & Integration
  • Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, or similar.
  • Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies for optimal model performance.
  • Integrate LLMs into applications, APIs, and workflows.
  • AI Guardrails & Safety
  • Implement content filtering, bias mitigation, output validation, and hallucination prevention.
  • Utilize AI safety frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Presidio, Guardrails AI, NeMo Guardrails) to ensure responsible AI outputs.
  • Develop monitoring systems for AI performance, drift, and compliance with ethical guidelines.
  • Cloud Deployment & Infrastructure
  • Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud leveraging services like Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, API Gateway, Functions, and cloud AI services.
  • Optimize AI workloads for cost, performance, and scalability in the cloud.
  • Manage data pipelines, storage solutions, and cloud security best practices.
  • Agentic AI Frameworks
  • Build and maintain AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or custom agentic architectures.
  • Design agent orchestration logic for multi-step reasoning, tool use, and decision-making.
  • Integrate external APIs, databases, and tools into autonomous AI workflows.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and backend developers to translate requirements into AI-driven features.
  • Document AI workflows, architecture, and deployment processes.
  • Stay updated on LLM advancements, AI safety research, and emerging frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development with at least 1+ year focused on LLMs.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Programming: Python (must), JavaScript/TypeScript (optional but a plus).
  • LLM Tools: OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
  • Guardrails: NeMo Guardrails, Guardrails AI, custom safety checks.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one).
  • Data Handling: Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma).
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).
  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
  • Familiarity with prompt evaluation & benchmarking tools.
  • Exposure to AI ethics and regulatory compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
