Ai Trainer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement training programs for AI models, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

Curate, preprocess, and annotate datasets to optimize model training and performance.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify areas for improvement in existing AI models.

Monitor, evaluate, and report on training outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Develop and maintain documentation for training methodologies, procedures, and best practices.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to AI and machine learning.

Provide feedback and recommendations for improving data collection, model development, and training processes.

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to integrate AI solutions across the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in AI model training, machine learning, and data analysis.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.

Relevant certifications in AI or machine learning are a plus.

Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and working with large language models.

Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
