Job Responsibilities: - *Generate Leads*: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. - *Conduct Site Visits*: Visit sites to assess solar potential and provide technical guidance. - *Sales Conversions*: Pitch solar solutions, handle objections, and close sales deals. - *Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements: - *Experience*: 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. - *Education*: Graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for engineering or business backgrounds. - *Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - *Knowledge*: Basic understanding of solar technology and its applications is desirable. Salary Range: - ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
