We are looking for a motivated
Sales Executive/Manager
to drive our solar product sales. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in the
solar industry
and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding the business, and promoting our solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Sales Strategy
: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets for solar products like PV modules, inverters, and balance-of-system components. - Market Expansion
: Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments, while strengthening relationships with existing clients. - Client Relationship Management
: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, EPCs, and distributors. - Sales Pipeline Management
: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identify leads, and close deals to ensure consistent growth. - Contract Negotiation
: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to ensure profitability and satisfaction. - Technical Support
: Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product info and support during pre- and post-sales phases. - Market Intelligence
: Keep up with market trends, competition, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly. - Reporting & Forecasting
: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to optimize processes.
Key Requirements
:
- Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Focus on renewable energy is a plus. - Experience
: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets in solar/renewable energy. - Technical Knowledge
: Solid understanding of solar products like PV modules, inverters, and batteries. - Skills
: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
