Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  • Demonstrate product features, designs, and pricing with in-depth knowledge.
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure proper display, stocking, and security of jewellery items.
  • Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, collections, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support showroom operations including visual merchandising and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales/retail.
  • Prior experience in jewellery sales/retail luxury segment is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with good negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Presentable personality with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery, precious metals, and gemstones (training will be provided if required).
  • Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and showroom peak hours.
