Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic, motivated, and result-driven Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our range of software products and services
.
This role requires someone who is
self-motivated, confident in communication, and passionate about technology and business growth
. You will play a
critical role in driving revenue, building customer trust, and ensuring customer satisfaction
.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at Syscosmic Technologies, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities through
networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms
. - Building and nurturing strong
client relationships
to ensure long-term business partnerships. - Presenting, promoting, and explaining our
software products and services
to potential clients, clearly communicating their value. - Negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Acting as a bridge between clients and the technical team by providing
market insights and feedback
. - Preparing and submitting
regular sales reports
and performance updates for management. - Staying updated with
market trends and technology innovations
to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A
Bachelor's degree
in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience
in sales, preferably in the
IT/software industry
or technology-related sectors. - Strong communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills
. - Ability to manage and maintain
excellent client relationships
. - A
target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
personality with the ability to work independently. - Knowledge of
software solutions and technology trends
(an added advantage).
