Job Opening: Office Coordinator Dean's Office- Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (UG & PG Medical College) Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join the Dean's Office at our UG & PG Medical College VIMS Gajraula UP . The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, communication, and administrative support within the Deans Office.

Position: Office Coordinator

Location: Gajraula UP

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and communication within the Deans Office.
  • Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and notices.
  • Liaise effectively between departments, faculty, and students.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and official events.
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (preferably in Administration, Management, or related field).
  • Prior experience in academic or hospital administration will be an advantage.
